no. the recone would cost you as much as the sub did new.... if its the type r in particular your speaking of, just throw it away, or do whatever with it....

Whats wrong with it exactly...?

My old type-r's, and that entire model line, had the issue of the cone seperating from the surround but you can just reglue it with some CA glue and it'll be as good as new...
