Recones from DD

Soooo, I sent in my two D4 9512's into DD to get upgraded to some D2 9515's...It's been three days since they have received the subs now and I still have yet to receive a call/e-mail from them confirming what they are going to do...This is my first time sending them into DD so i'm not too sure how the work but wouldn't they call and confirm the changes before actually working on the subs? Would anyone who has sent in there subs to either get an upgrade or a reconed chime in and let me know whats up???

DD only does recones on certain days, i believe its only 1-2 days a week, I used to know what days they did it but i forgot. Your best bet is to call

they should email or call when the final billing is done and its about to go out.... thats atleast how it was with mine.... but i always wanted a total b4 it goes on the card too....

ive never sent anything in to them b4 but ive got recones a few times, basically its gonna get a work order number and put in line to be rebuilt... just depends where they are in the previous orders b4 you.....

x2. From my experience they will call to confirm changes but it may take a little while for them to get to it.

That you would most likely have to call and ask since it varies with how busy they are.
