OP if you are intested in Skar I have one FS with a box that is under your budget by a bit... assuming we are talking about subs

You do realise youll need a box, wiring, electrical upgrades if needed, a deck, dash kit and wiring for that.... Many things that your not gunna get for under 300 lol

Depending on what he goes with he won't need electrical upgrades or a deck. He can always use an LOC

and find a amp that'll do atleast 300rms at 3 ohms.

pretty sure that can all be done under 300.
