Recommendations for cheap mono amp, 400W @ 4ohms or more.

Can anyone recommend a cheap reliable mono amp to use with an eD 11Kv.2? I am looking for power around 400W @ 4ohms. I have been looking for an Alpine M605, if only because it matches my F345 that I already have.

Not really picky on the brand, but only looking to spend around $100 (what I can tell is the going rate on an M605) used. I had a quick look on eBay, but there are so many choices, that without knowing what is reliable vs simply cheap makes it hard to narrow down any choices.

$100 isn't much to spend, but there definitely are options out there (used will be the way to go). If you could get the M605 for $100, I'd definitely jump on it since it matches and it will definitely put out it's rated 400w @ 4ohms. Are you using all 4 channels on the MRV-F345? Or are you bridging them? There are a few 4-channel options that you could run in 3-channel mode to power a set of front comps and your sub that would fit the bill nicely.

To bad you didnt need the power at 2ohm I got a Memphis 16-ST250d, underrated lil beast.

Are you using all 4 channels on the MRV-F345? Or are you bridging them?

Yep, using all 4 channels as I am running (or should say installing once I get everything I need) an active set up.

try bazooka and california amps. can be had for cheap, but put out real rated power
