Recommendations for a 5.25" front component and amp set up?

I don't really want to spend more than $400 on it, would prefer a 4 channel amp if there is a good one that will fit the price just so I could add on Coaxs later. Help me out!

mb quart pvi 213 really nice sounding 5.25 also the mb quart amps 4 ch discus dsc4125 rocks and is on sale online at under $200 new i just installed 2 of the amps in my truck and sounds great and is 2ohm stable
