is this brand stillin bussiness i tryed a search but realy cant find much info on them?

No, they've been out of business for quite some time. Their amps are top notch and underrated though - built like a tank, but they're becoming harder and harder to find.

what about the warranty on the Solid Audio, it looks good on the inside, specs also looks good. but what happens when it goes "poof," company is also out of business

No warranty, they're out of business. But it's doubtful it will go "poof" as you say. As long as you wire up everything correctly, it's hard to go wrong. If you get it DOA, though, that's a different situation. You would take that up with the person you bought it from.

thanks, it's hard to find the sundown 2000d amps. can't find them anywhere for a good price.
