Recommendations for '00 Intrepid ES

It came with the Infinity system and two of the speakers are blown in the front. I'm looking to spend around 70-80 for the pair. I just want to do a litle better than basic Pioneers and Kenwoods, but nothing ridiculous.

Would it be wise to delete the factory tweeters along with replacing the door speakers or replacing the whole set? I doubt components exist south of 100, but don't want it being extra bright.

I can only comment on the Bostons and Pioneers I posted and within the budget you posted those are some of the best speakers IMO, but I also hear good things about the Morels. Dont look at Pioneer as a crap budget brand because thats what you see at Walmart, they make some nice budget stuff if you go higher in the lines.

i think the punch series 6.5 comps can be had for 88 shipped on ebay. would send you a link to my build thread but cant seem to find it.

this is what the power series tweet looks like and they are the same size casing as the punch.
