Recommend me an upgrade for my CDT CL-61A

I have some CDT CL-61's that I bought from THEZEB a few years ago at a great price. They are mounted in my 97 Prelude powered by a JL 300/4 AMP bridged to 2 channels. My head unit is a Pioneer FH-8000BT and my doors, entire cabin is deadened fairly well with foam/RAAM Mat.

I would like to upgrade my speakers to something a bit better with a price range of $500 or below. I would like to keep the same JL amp if possible, and avoid speakers that will require kick panels to install as the current speakers are mounted quite nicely in the doors with MDF rings.

Any suggestions?

What are you looking to improve on the new comps? for example.. more midbass? brighter tweeter? The more info you give the better we can assist you in suggesting comps you will like.

cd cl-62CF series or the CDT HD series or go with the m6 mid I have the 62CF series giving them 200rms per side and they get really loud and great midbass
