I was thinking about getting either a 2000 or 3000 RMS amp and was wondering if anybody knows a 2000 RMS amp that is under rated and can push out more towards 2500..I was thinking about an mmats 3000.1 but I dont know if I can afford it...any recommendations?

id recommend the sony xplode 800 watt 2 channel amp birth sheets will do the true 2000 watt rms at 1 ohm...if you wanna get go big maybe get some generic brand fi subs or somethin like that id go with the 1000 watt xplode birthsheets read around 3000 rms at 1 ohm...Discusting!

i hope you are kidding(sometimes hard to tell)

look at incriminator audio 20.1, or diablo tech hellfire 2500, american bass 120.1

You do realize just because you get a amp that someone MAY have gotten 2500rms out of doesn't mean you will get that much out of it. If you want a 2500RMS amp then buy a amp rated for 2500rms instead of trying to be a cheap ass and getting a 2000rms that MIGHT be under rated and MIGHT give you 2500

Whats your budget?

Sundown SAZ-2000 will do around 2300-2400 clean and the Cadence iA9 or ZRS-8000D will do 2200-2300 clean (1%thd) and ~2500 (5%thd)..
