I've got a regular cab truck, so not a ton of room. I was wanting to replace the 04' type r's i have now with something a littler better quality. I've got, max, about .75 cu ft per sub after subwoofer displacement, and about 300wrms to go to each sub. I need the sub to perform best in a sealed enclosure(wedged shaped, if that matters).

amp is an orion 6002(which i'm gonna bridge and run at 1 ohm for 600w x 1 @ 1 ohm)

i've got two JL 10w3v2's coming in the mail, but have heard some bad things about these. should I use these subs, or go with something else?

I'm looking for SQL, with 60% SQ, 40% SPL

thanks :)

if u got 2 jl10w3's in the mail..i need more power than one orion 600d

80

i had 1200 watts going to my 10w3's and it loved it..loved it for 2 years...with out a problem..each ten was in .65cubes sealed

How about the old 10w6? Works great in .625 cf, and 300w each would be great. Sound pretty good too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i personal would do the 10w6v2's or look into doing 4 8's instead. I thnk the 4 8's would be in your price range and would be a better set up personaly. I have had a few regual cab trucks with 12's 10's 8's and even a 15 in a bandpass box after taking out the passenger seat in a reg cab ranger lol. But a few 8's i seemed to like the most
