Recomendations.

Hi guys. I know its my first post and stuff but i am young and enexperienced and need help.

I am planing on upgrading my stock setup on bimmer 635 CSI, 1986 make. I found out that I can replace back speakers with some 6x9 and fronts with 4x6 without loosing origninal look. In a near future I am plaining on upgrading up to subs too but for now its just the components and a nice amp for them. I am plaining to spend about 250 dollors (actually I would say it would be top price including all the wiring kits and so on). I will install everything myself for the sake of coast. Basiaclly I need help in choosing components and amp for them (but keep in mind future upgrade like 2 subs and additinal amp for them). Any help what so ever would be apriciated.

if i were you id really consider making that 4x6 to a 6.5 and put some components if not coaxils there, but thats me, as far as 4x6's look into some jbl some infinity some alpine since youre on a budget, i dont know of too many HIGH END companys that make 4x6's , as far as 6x9's theres a lot more options as far as brands and speakers.

I have some quality old school Rockford Fosgate speakers and amp that I really enjoyed for a couple of years. They don't fit in my new car and I'm upgrading, so I'm looking to sell it all. I'll send you a PM with the details.

And if you want to stay within the original speaker sizes, that's what I'd recommend for upfront. Or, you could find a decent 4" component set and build your own "plate" (baffle).
