ooooo ya.....i forgot about him

 
it doesnt have dolby digtal or 5.1. but its says it puts out 110 times 3, and 35 times 2, all at 8 ohms. would it still work for what i want to do with it?

Theres also opened box reconditioned ones that are about 25-30 cheaper than just reconditioned. Whats open box mean?
