receomendations? ReXXX 12"

i have a chevelle convertible that i'm doing a build for. I'm looking for size and tuning from those with experience. more than likely, i'll be facing the sub toward the cab. i've had a similar car with a 13w7, an hdc15, (2) 12" alpha maxs, etc and was content. i know that more can come from using bigger specs than what the RE site suggests.

minimum 2k rms...how much can they handle daily?
