Reccomendation?

So I'm thinking of getting two AQ HDC3 15s. For the amps I was thinking either two hifonics 2010Ds or two 2610Ds. What would you recommend, and also, when you are giving your subs power can you use multiple amps not strapped or do they have to be strapped?

So if I ran each amps at one ohm I'd get the DVC 2 ohm subs so each could be wired down to one ohm or what?

No, you don't have to strap the amps. I'd rather run just one amp though (in which case you'd need two Dual 1's). Something along the lines of an Atomic 5K for those subs if they have the alum coils.

Yes one Dual 2-ohm sub wired in parallel presents a one ohm load.

Why wouldn't you recommend going with 2 subs?
