Reccomend Me a Good amp for these subs

(2) 12" Kicker 07CVR Dual 4 Subs

400 watts RMS

They are dual 4 ohm and im wiring them to 1ohm so i need a 1ohm stable amp

I had two of these before and they pounded but i blew them both

I didn realize thye were only 400watts RMS

and i hooked a 1600watt kenwood exceleon amp up to them and over time with the gain turned up they blew
