Really Noob Question

well i bought my subs used and some people say its dual 2 and some people say its dual 4, well im a noob and im working on reading and understanding these terms. they are suppose to be connected to a mono amp. i have 2 of them (12" l7 04s12l7)

so are they dual 2 or dual 4? dont flame, just help a young one

You say you have two and they are both dual 4. You should wire it like this to get a 1 ohm load.

i'm sorry its a dual 4. a single dual 4 ohm sub can be wired down to to ohms that's prolly how you got confused
