I actually made my own set of 20ft cables using sky high 1/0 a couple months ago. It only cost me $50 (I jump people off quite a bit)

I was amazed that it really worked. To give it a good test, I pulled the battery out of a jeep I was working on and hooked up that little thing and it actually started the jeep up with no problem. Definitely worth buying
