SE's IMO are greatness for the money. Under $200 and are very effecient with about 20MM of Xmax. If you do not have the wattage/$$/Space for the XXX then do not get one and get the SE.

The SE is an awesome sub. I got one and hooked it up to test it out in a ghetto sealed box witih about 400wrms and the thing got louder then a 15 with the same power. Very awesome sq and spl..
