hey guys which is better two 12" RE HC's or two JL W6??

W6 or W6v2 ?

What is your ultimate goal with this setup ? Want it loud ? Want it to sound good ? Do you already have a box ? If so, what size and is it ported or sealed ? If not, how much room for a box are you willing to give up ? Do you currently have an amp for them ? If so, what power does it do and at what ohm ?

ok... i have a ultra linear amp that uses 3 30amp fuses, aproxi. 1000 watts RMS. i have a 4 cubic square feet box with a vent port, but the thing is i bought two 12" HC's good?? and i'm using rockford components.... so what do you think??? any good? thanx

Why are you asking everyone for their opinion?

If possible you need to listen to the subs on your own to found out what is right for YOU.

Hell we can debate all day about which is better, but the bottom line is you need to find one that is best for you.

Do you know what your box is tuned to ? A pair of HC 12's will work in 4 cubes just fine.
