Just got one of these 2day in a ****** box.Running it off of an american bass vfl80.1.Can it take all of that amp and how good are these subs?

Well im running it at 14.4volts so it will be giving out the full 1000watts to the sub,but is it a good sub?

One of the best subs around. I am talking about the '05 versions though. Not so fond of the new ones after us amps took over. My '05 will take 2000 rms all day but yours would sound much better if you gave it atleast 1500 rms.

We are going to complain about the cooling? Unless he is going to overpower the **** out of it or clip it to death, the cooling will be fine. And I never said anything about them being the best all around sub. I like my rl-p's better as an all around sub hence why they are in my car and not my XXX but he could have done a LOT worse with his sub purchase.
