RE SX 10" power handling

I searched but the search doesnt like two letter searches.

I can get a good deal on the SX 10"

I have a nine.1 which is rated about ~1400rms @ 1 ohm

Anyone know if the SX will handle the power daily?

Im gonna build a 1.2 cube box tuned to 34hz....

ive heard of people runing 1500rms or so....but wasnt to sure

I wouldn't hesitate to, in a small box like that.

I have a thread I started a couple days ago about them. I have a pair in a 1.25 tuned to 34 htz powered (under) by an orion hcca 1200 @ 1 ohm giving them about 800 RMS and it slams hard as ****! Definitely could handle much more.

800rms and 1400rms is a big jump.

im running two in a 2.0 box after displacement tuned to 35hz and they take a aq2200 daily with no problem would throw more but need to upgrade my alt. imo they should be in a bigger box. try 1.5-1.75 after displacement. I **** sure know my box is too small but space is very limited
