Re-surround JL 10w3v1?

I was looking thru my stash the other day, and i pulled out this sub. Well.... seems something has been sitting on it or something, and the foam surround didn't take too kindly to it. The cone is fine, just the foam surround is FUBAR'd. where do i find something like this, and is it not too ridiculous to swap out?

You can get the foam kits from a place called the Speaker Exchange. Its in Tampa,FL.

Pretty much straight forward to install. I have done a few of my older w3's and w0's all with

good results.
