re se or re hc

Ok im looking for new subs for my car, its between the re se or hc 12inch. witch one would be better overall sub? and for the hc what size amp would be good?

hc's are harder to find now, i'd get SEs simply for ease of getting more/cheapness for them. Also.. se's versus hc is kind of an unbalanced comparison.. different power ratings, different subs in general sq /spl-sqlish for the..hc, anything 1200+ would be fine i'd think, depends on the softparts used..

ok cause the price that i have for two se/x dvc 4ohm, with 1500watt amp for 489.00 new... And for the hc with box and 1000watt amp for 350.00 used. I was thinking about the same thing, cause the hc looks like its hard to find if something goes wrong.
