Is this a good deal?

I know a dude that is wanting to get rid of his setup, which consists of two Pheonix Gold Titanium Series 15" subwoofers, and a 1500w amp that looks awesome. I don't know the exact brand name of the amp, but I know that it looks like it performs well. He'll take $350 for the two 15s and the amp. Is it a good deal? He let me see them in action and the cones were barely moving, but were giving some nice bass. I just want to know whether or not it is a good deal.
