would the mtx 6500d amp be putting TOO much power into this subwoofer

its rated at 600w RMS and 1200w peak...

but the amp can put out like 775w at 2ohms 14.4v

everyone knows mtx is way under rated.. i used to have the 250d amp before, very nice

anyone think this is too big? even if i keep gain and bass boost way down?

it will be 10" in a 1.5cf box vented at 38hz

would like some opinions asap //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

thanks

i was looking at the jbl bp600.1, but i don't want to deal with its sensitive grounding issues and it blowing 50 billion **** fuses like everyone says they do
