I also don't listen to anything pre-1999ish, as I was not into rap whatsoever, and therefore can't appreciate it. Except what I listed above.

I can't speak on Rakim/KRS-One/etc, but I sure as hell would never even consider mentioning any of the rappers you mentioned.
