well, obviously the original ship date was a flop.

we will see how well the new line-up does over the next few weeks as people get them in their hands.

Name something else that Ben said that WASN'T a lie! And what happened to that 3rd line of subs that isn't on the website anymore? The one that was a copy of a Lightning Audio that never got released...... I guess if you can't design a good sub you gotta steal somebody elses till the company catches wind of it!

i'm going to humor you...
it has been waaaaaaaay to long of a wait. it really sucks, especially when there are people who were crossing their fingers that it would take this long. however, the product is in-house, and has already started to ship. i am aware that to somes dismay, tracking #'s have not gone out as of yet. i am not sure why. i know in eD's case, at least how it was a few years ago, tracking #'s were not emailed out. i know that on the last batch of k's, o's, kx,s and AE's, there was a system in place that emailed tracking #'s as items shipped. it doesn't seem that is the case at the present. as far as a general ups tracking system that emails customers, i am unfimilair with it. i do know, like i stated previously, that anything i have purchased online, shipped via fedX or ups, has gone without tracking info unless i have personally requested it.

i am very happy how concerned you are with the eD customers.

definatly a different bottom plate, top plate looks to be the same. however, looks can be decieving. bah, doesn't really matter anyhow. the LA storm is out, so if ya want one, go get it.

Yes, and using the same cone/surround/basket is also enough to be patent infringement. Why else do you not see Eclipse's Ti basket on anybody elses woofer? From what I can tell, the ONLY thing different is the back plate. Moral of the story is, he advertised the woofer as a new model you could buy, before it was released it was canned. That tells me the REAL owner of the sub found out. How about that cone that he said was HIS patented cone.... that can be found on Lightning Audio subs. Dont even try to deny that.

As far as the shipping goes, you get an email when its been shipped. The email has a tracking number. If it hasn't been shipped, you dont get a number. If you dont have a number, it hasn't been shipped.

It was on SIN in the eD section which is now gone. This is back when a new line was "in the making". It's been at least 6 months because thats when he said they'd ship the first time. He said it probably close to 10 months ago, around the last time I posted on SIN. Even if he did say it would become production soon, he'd be lieing because we all know they wouldn't.

I dont get tracking numbers from them either, but apparently every person who ordered from Ben claims he said they'd get a tracking number when it was shipped. Nobody has gotten one that I've heard. Of course, with Ben's warranty returns, you may not get the sub back at all so that explains that.
