A couple of Q's,

Are 1 of these 15's quad coils better than 2 15" k's? I kinda want spl but i don't want a shitty sound comin out of it.....gunna use a 1200.1 or should i go RF 1000bd or try a MTX 81000d?

How much does a 15" HC weight? or even a 12" hc weigth? anyone have ideas?

Two 15" eD K's would be louder than a single 15" RE HC...

If you get the K's, you can send them between 400 and ~600RMS(if you are careful).

Cant comment because there is no way to really tell, it all depends on box, and the rest of the install. I know my 12 HC was 45 lbs shipped

i would not send the K-series more than about 700 watts RMS (even though many people had success with more power). power compression will be a problem up there...

also what would be a better sq sub?

i realize it depends on the appications and all.....i am pretty sure the HC is what i will go with as space is always a factor....

I love the sq of my hc, had one of them in a 3.5 cube box(before port and sub displacment) tuned to 30hz, and it got LOW

good good....all good...would 2 12" k's be able to handle 600rms each? and still have more spl than the 15 HC?

if anyone out there would know that, i dunno.....pretty much depends on who is bias towards who huh?

You would need to "know what you are doing" if you wanted to send the K's 600RMS.
