RE 15" XXX or 2 12" RL-Ps

I was just a little curious, which would be more suitable for an SPL setup. One RE Audio 15" XXX 2 ohm with 4 cubic ft. ported enclosure tuned to 28hz or two Soundsplinter 12" RL-Ps 4 ohm with 3 cubic ft. ported enclosure tuned to 30hz. Both setups would be amped up with an Orion 2500D wired at 1 ohm. I know both of these drivers have tremendous sound quality but which of these two setups would get louder.

these kind of questions are really just simple math. the 2 12''s, and its no competition. that is unless you have some odd power going to them OR a different amount of power.
