how would 1 RE 12HC do againts 2 E12k's and 2 12 comp vr's?which setup would get louder and give better SQ?

Given the right power, the K's and VR's would take the SPL side of things. That all depends on the power and install though. The K's would sound great doing what they do best. If you can, do the K's.
