true...yes call them....if they dont pik up just wait like 5 or 10 mins and call back....it took me two days to get hold of them but they were nice

calling, email, and even snail mail is quicker than driving to vegas to buy it from them direct...... my guess is, call them, all mail sucks, and gas is expensive
