RD Sonance Power Handling Question

I have a D4 15 and the most i have sent to it so far is a jl 500/1. the rd website says power handling is 500/1000 Watts RMS???? Thats for 8,10,12,15,AND 18"?????

I Wanna get a bigger amp but dont want to over-do it.

Does anybody know what these things will handle daily?? I have it in 3.5cube ported box @ 30 hz.

Just buy an AQ1200D or something similar. It'll give you the power you need as well as some head room...

should take 750 daily if you set ur gains so it clean power going to the sub

Cool. thanks. i think i will prolly buy something around 1000. maybe a sundown 1000. its rated at 600 @ 2 ohms. should be perfect.

it's a 2.5" coil,500rms is fine,no need to give it more.
