Reason for sale is upgrading to D9s.

One is mint.. One has a few scratches

CS is pretty good with RD if you've ever had any problems with their equipment, i'm one of the many that bought a new 3250v2 and mines still running fine. Hes actually recalling every amp, just incase, to remedy the handful having problems. This amp and the D9 for sale are tried and tested, not to mention people have beat them to hell and not had problems with them. You'd have to do something stupid to blow these amps up, like run them on stock battery and stock alt, or play catch with it. lol.
