RCAs that important?

I have some regular RCAs right now, but I am about to get my new Radio installed and was wondering about getting the RF Dual Twisted RCAs to replace my old ones.

Would it be that much of a difference? Is that important to have great RCAs?

i can't hear a difference between any rca's. i'm running radio shack rca's now, and it isn't any different from the street wires i had before.

when i had my alpine HU i was using the Wal-mart RCAs and it was fine, but then i switched to the Pioneer and i get more noise from the Wal-mart RCA than not. Don't know if it's the RCA or the HU tho

I used Wal-mart RCA's for almost 2 years without issue.

I upgraded because the Schoshe ones were pretty flimsy.

not really, unless you are ( or have to) running around high noise area's..

other then that cheep ones work just as fine.

You don't need shielding if you're not getting noise.
