RCA's/Sub Cable

Here is my question, I just bought a Diamond d3800.1 and I was wondering if I need...

A sub cable like this?

ALSO... What size should I run, I have a 95' 4runner. I was going to do 6 meters but is that overkill? Should I just run 4 meters?

Another one... I should run 8 guage speaker wire to the sub (12d6d4) right? Just double checking the wire chart.

ahh get yourself an amp kit from knukonceptz.com.

on the other note, i havent seen an amp that takes in one rca cable as sub input. usually 2.

I allready bought an amp kit, but I don't think it comes with RCA's. Ok, I will go with the two RCA's, that is what I thought anyway. Just checking.

Do you recomend the 4 meters or 6 meters?

did you measure the length you're working with? it doesnt really affect anything. not that i know of.

The single channel Sub cable is for Home Theater. It will work in Car, but need two of them. HT subs are usually mono, thus the single channel.

@ dleccord, I have not measured, Should I jus measure the length of my 4runnerand the distance between the HU and the floor? How do you guys normally run RCA's?
