rcas and amp

well yesterday it was all fine. got in my car this morning and only one speaker was working. so shop class comes and i mess around with it, find out its not the channels on the amp. so next thing is the rcas. mess around with them, and finally got it work, but i was only using the 2 red ends of my rcas. by the way my pioneer 4 channel amp has 4 rca's ins, and i have y adapters for that. the amp is bridged for 2 channels. anyways i thought things were good, listening to the eagles doolin dalton, and i find out during the beginning when the speakers are suppose to be strumming the guitar, thats there is no sound. then the voice comes in, but no guitar. so i mess with it some more and just cannot figure it out.

u guys got any ideas? i was thinking it was the black ends of my rcas, but not sure. guess i'm too stupid.
