RCA Line Converter SQ

I have a stock 6 CD changer headunit that I dont really want to get rid of unless the SQ will be terrible. I had aftermarket headunits in all my other cars i just dont want to spend the money if it will sound the same, will it make any difference ?

The difference between my BMW cd changer w/2 LOC's, and my Poineer 880prs is literally night and day. Same amp, same speakers, same sub. Sub and speakers got MUCH louder and clearer, gains are not as high, and tunablity..... is the biggest difference, an EQ and crossovers on a deck made a huge difference.

It depends what/who makes the model of the changer, and if it's a good quality one, the sound should be decent. A cleansweep/RF 360.2 will do great, but at that price, might as well get a HU:crap:
