My pioneer dehp6400 only has 2 pair of RCA inputs.

I have my kenwood mono amp plugged into one which leaves only one. I want to install a 4 channel amp but I only have one one pair of RCAs left. Do I need 2 RCAs for that 4 channel amp. If I do, does a splitter sacrifice sound quality? Thanks
