RCA Inputs messed up

Hey, I have a JL 500/1 that has problems with its RCA inputs. For it to get signal from the RCA cables the plugs need to be propped/pushed up, and I am getting power fluctuations due to this nonsense. Is there an easy fix to the RCA inputs of an amp?
