RCA Cable problem...HELP!!

ok so my subs do not stay in place as of now and they slide around a little bit when i hit the turns a little too fast or accelerate too quickly. this problem is going to be fixed with some l-brackets, but anyways i was driving today and my rear speakers went out so when i got home i checked out the wiring and everything seems to be fine. the speakers couldnt have blown out because i jsut turned down the gains last night but i checked anyways and switched the front and rear rca cables on my speaker amp and then my rear speakers were only working. now it isnt my speakers, so what could be the problem?

from what you have told us either your actual RCA cable is dodgy(going to the rear speakers) or the RCA outputs on the headunit are faulty.
