RCA cable broke

It's a 4-way cable that plugs into a 4-channel amplifier so only 1 of the 4 are bad...

I was hoping I'd be able to split the single near the amplifier, is this possible?

how did it break? clean break? if it did, just solder the wires back together, heat shrink each seperate, and then shring them all together.

Get a new cable. They aren't expensive. You will not be able to fix it well enough that it will be trouble free. If you split one of the other ones you will mess up either your fade or balance and your gain settings will be FUBAR.
