RCA and high level???

I'm wanting to know if I can use both to power amps? I have tweeters in the dash and above my head, I want to amp them, but I'll already have a 4 channel, hooked to my front and rear speakers

So could I use high level inputs for the tweeter amp? or would I better off just splitting the front rca channel and running it that way? I want to keep my fader capabilities while doing this, any help appreciated
