raw spl box....do you use t/s or not

i have a custom 15 getting built for me with a hc motor and ill start it off with 3k power...its going in my voyager and i have in the pas done huge boxes with slot port and done good...but corey thinks i should run a smaller bax with that power for cone control.....with out t/s on the sub what would you do? will tune for burps

Whats is small and what is big? Small can be 1 cu ft or 10 cu ft, just like big can be 5 cu ft or 20 cu ft..

I had a astro...I want to do the voyager...this isn't a what van to use post...

Got the front buckets a 1 bench the rest is open for box...I want to have fun in a lower class and rock it w/ power....
