Rattling

Ok...I have a panel behind my 2 seats above my 2 12inch subwoofers and i was wondering what would be best to put behind that panel to stop the rattling...I have heard of alot of different things i could do to stop it but i was wondering what the best material i could use to stuff behind it...and i was wondering would weather stripping work? please comment and help me out...thanks
