Alright guys i need some help my sub keeps making this rattling sound almost sounds like a loose screw like i put on does ya chain hang low and it makes like this rattling sound but if i put any any other song it hits fine no rattle is is just because of the diffrence in how deep each bass is deep from each song help me out guys was just wondering bout this
play lil jon's throw it up song //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

is it in a sealed enclosure or a ported enclosure and what is it tuned too, make sure it's airtight and no leaks if it's a sealed ESPECIALLY, sometimes it could be the bass has rattled the shit out of the screws and they come loose and could be heard nsync with the bass notes lol, that happened to me before. and that was the problem i had..,

Hmm.....well would it matter that 3 screws were missn on the left sub would that do it may sound like a stupid question but idk?
I will ask you one more time:

If you put your ear up to the sub, can you hear the "rattle" sound coming from the woofer itself?

And to answer your question about the missing screws: If the screws are not there because the mounting hole is too big, causing an airleak around the sub, then YES. This could absolutely be the cause of the sound.

Small airleaks + lots of power = Wierd noises.

no u cant hear a rattle sound from the actual sub.....nah i just when i got the subs in the box there were screws never in those 3 holes.....but i got the box custom built for my subs got it for a present //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but i never got specs how it was made a down fall:( but im gonna try putting 3 screws in 2morro see if that does anything thanks:)

Just make sure there's no small air leaks around the edges of the sub, because even a tiny air leak can cause wierd noises at high volumes. Use your hand and feel around the edges for air pushing out the sides. Also put your ear upto the edges and see if you can hear any air leaks.
