no, probably more to be honest. oakland county is the 3rd richest in the country if i'm not mistaken. i get to park all these rich bastards cars and they all think they're awesome because they bought the most expensive ferrari they could, and yet they drive it like it's a cadillac. i wouldn't have a problem with the guy if he just wasn't so cocky, because clearly he's good at what he does.

oh, sorry, you're talking about the actual average. the way you said it made it seem like you meant there's nobody in oakland county making anywhere close to 12mil a year. i mean shit, i'll see people walking out of neiman marcus with 5 suits, on a weekly basis(everybody there is a regular). i walked in there once and asked a sales guy how much suits are, he said they start at $1300 and go to about $10k. hell i saw a tie in there going to 1k. had swarovski crystal inlaid in it. but yes, the AVERAGE is well under 12 mil a year. there's definately more than a handful of people around here making over though. sheed is still a douche, but he's good at what he does. and i'm stiking to it.

If you've ever driven through birmingham, yes lol. supposedly there's a billion dollar mile somewhere. never seen it though. supposed to be a mile long stretch where all the houses add up to over a billion in net worth. and i seriously wouldn't doubt it.
