edit.

i feel like a complete idiot.

never again will i gues the apporx?!!? weight of an amp

my scale sais 35 pounds

dang im looking shady, but my appoligies. i guess i just got a little excited

wow you have a gem. i owned that at one point. does yours have a sticker on the insed saying xxxx/2130? mine was 0732 if you have mine that would be crazy...

hey yea there deff a great amp. like i said i just need a diff amp for a diff aplication

and lol that would be pretty funny. the model number is on the birthsheet(that i cant find at the moment.) but mine was like 2088 or somthing

500x2 at 4 ohms and 1000x1 at 4 ohms bridged? That's what gets me, normally the bridged power of an amp is twice that of the lower level of resistance, which is about 4 times what it would be for one channel at the same resistance not bridged. Like my 4 channel amp would put out 100 RMSx4 @ 4 ohms or 400 RMSx2 @ 4 ohms. My old Rockford was rated 60x4 @ 4 ohms or 225x2 @ 4 ohms, a 2 channel I looked at was 300x2 @ 4 ohms or 1200x1 @ 4 ohms.

So I would guess 500x2 at 4 ohms and if it can also be bridged into 4 ohms it should be 2 ohm stable so 500x2 at 2 ohms, and bridged into 4 ohms mono 2000x1 at 4 ohms.

Could've used it real nicely to power my Planet Audio Zetar subs (the original carbon fiber ones, not the newer series of whatever it is) that would be sweet, but only like 250@ 4 ohms wouldn't be enough to power a 375/750 watt sub //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

well, you could do 4 ohm brided...that would be some nice power to some nice subs

should be about 600 a sub

but you could always turn the gain and bass boost along with other 8(i belive) tuning knobs this amp has

=)
