do what makes you happy bro...if you enjoy the company of the kid then go with that.i hated kids till i had my own now i realize they can bring a ton of joy into your life.it takes a REAL man to admit that they have a soft spot for others.most here are just assholes and had they had a better upbringing im sure they would be differant....maybe even 97GP

Like others have mentioned, no you shouldn't take on the responibilites of watching a kid, especially if you are not even with the chick.

If you want a kid and can't have one, or don't want to wait for whatever reason, then go and try to adopt one. My friend can never hold down a relationship, but loves kids and is really good with them and he is trying to adopt one, but is quite a headache if you ask me.

I have 2 step daughters and 1 of my own with one in the oven. 1 step daughter loves me to death, other one hates me. Why, because I am trying to raise her........which is hard fawking work.

Taking on a kid is a huge ordeal! Better be really ready for that shit. Just play uncle or something like that and see him from time to time IMO.
