true...I just remember in high school wood shop the idiots in there would break blades left and right. We had a huge industrial sized one from like WW2 or something like that and it sounded like a gun shot when the blade went

release cuts make using a band saw much much easier if you have to.

I'd go foam. Easy to work with, and IMO the soft edges look better for stuff like this.

I agree with this. Many times when a logo is made out of wood it just looks out of place. Not all the time though, there is a place for each method.

Depends on size and what they are. We do not have a set price for them.
