Anyone running the 12" Rainbow Vanadium Sub?

I'm considering getting one, but wanted to hear some input from members.

It did quite well in a 12" sub woofer roundup that I read. So, just curious if anyone on here has experience with one.

I thought they sounded very good. No spl records though. They seemed to integrate well with the front stage as well. The one I listened to was tuned very well. Great daily SQ sub IMHO.

I'm very happy with mine. It's getting about 440 watts from my DLS amp, and blends quite nicely with my Rainbow Germanium comps. I have it in a 1cf sealed box.

If you're looking for a (very) musical sub, you can't go wrong with the Vanadium! If you're looking for all out SPL, then you might want to look for something different.

Personally, I'm all about SQ, and this sub fits my needs perfectly.

I'm definitely all about pure SQ.

This sub looks like it would definitely fit the bill.

I think it would compliment my Hertz components quite nicely.

Thanks. It's even nicer now that I've recently added the RF 3sixty.2...it allowed me to fine tune those Rainbows even better.

"List" price is $500 I believe, but I'm sure you can get them for less...

I think I'm gonna end up getting the Vanadium eventually and putting it in a 1cu. ft sealed like yourself.

Can't wait to add this to the system.

i have a hammer 12" and they're pretty nice. So i'd suspect something much higher up in the line would be very nice.
